Telehealth Requirements
Services are provided via telehealth to clients physically located in Wyoming or Colorado at the time of service. Identity and location are verified at each session. Use of our services requires:
A private setting with a reliable internet connection
Compliance with telehealth requirements as outlined on our service pages
No recording without prior written consent
Jurisdictional Limitations
Wyoming: All services are available for Wyoming residents and Wyoming legal matters.
Colorado: Telehealth is available to Colorado residents only for Wyoming-related legal matters. Colorado telehealth is not valid for Colorado DMV Level I/II credit.
No Outcome Guarantees
Completion of evaluation, education, or treatment services does not guarantee any specific outcome with courts, the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT), probation, parole, or any other agency or authority. We provide clinical services and documentation; decisions rest with the relevant authority.
Fee-For-Service Practice
This is a fee-for-service practice. Payment is due at the time of service per our office policy. Missed appointments, late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice), and no-shows may be charged per policy. Uninsured and self-pay clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) as required by the No Surprises Act.
Confidentiality & Releases
We follow HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements. Disclosures of your information require a signed Release of Information (ROI) or lawful authority. Each disclosure includes the 42 CFR Part 2 redisclosure warning.
Emergency Situations
This is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health or substance use emergency:
Call 911 (life-threatening emergency)
Call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
Go to your nearest emergency room
Administrative Email Only
Email communication is for administrative purposes only (scheduling, general questions). Do not send protected health information (PHI) via email. Email is not secure for transmitting sensitive health information.
