Can I do this by telehealth?
Yes, if physically in WY or CO with verification.
Do you talk to my attorney?

Do you do ASI evaluations?
Yes. “ASI” is the Addiction Severity Index. Our Alcohol & Drug Evaluation covers the ASI domains and results in a written report suitable for court/DMV, with recommendations based on the ASAM Criteria.
