FAQs
Get answers to common questions about the process.
Do I have to authorize discovery?
Will you send the report to the court and my attorney?
Only to recipients you authorize in writing (ROI) or as allowed by law.
Can you guarantee a specific court outcome?
No. We provide accurate, written report for court submission documentation; the court and other authorities determine outcomes.
Can this be done by telehealth?
Yes, if you are physically in WY or CO at the time of session and identity/location can be verified.
Can I email you my health details?
No. Email is administrative only—please do not send PHI.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Missed/late cancellations and no-shows may be charged per policy.
Will you talk to probation?
With your signed ROI, we can coordinate with probation or other designated contacts.
Is my information private?
Yes. We follow HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Each disclosure includes the redisclosure prohibition.
Do you do ASI evaluations?
Yes. “ASI” is the Addiction Severity Index. Our Alcohol & Drug Evaluation covers the ASI domains and results in a written report suitable for court/DMV, with recommendations based on the ASAM Criteria.
